Source Material

Like most drafting companies, we start with your source material. Architecurals, I.D. Drawings, Spec Books, Project Schedules etc. are gathered and analyzed. The project is then organized accordingly. At this stage we can provide assistance with your Submittal processes.

Mozaik Software Input

Now we take the source materials into Mozaik Software. The job is setup with materials, hardwares and finishes before we design the products. Once all products are designed inside of Mozaik Software, we push the project to the shop drawing creation process.
03.
Produce 1st Set of Shop Drawings

At this step we take all of the Mozaik work and turn it into shop drawings. All products are 3D modeled to help reduce mistakes and misunderstandings during fabrication. We convey as much information as possible while keeping the clutter to an absolute minimum. Just clean, easy to read shop drawings with full 3D models for each product to streamline your production processes.
04.
Push Project to The Shop Floor

After the revision and final approval process its time to fabricate. We turn the Mozaik project over to you to send to your machines and provide support to your production team throughout the process to answer any questions and help resolve any issues that may arise.
